Terms of Service
General terms, conditions, and engineering guidelines governing fabrication contracts, quotations, and deliverables provided by S & S Metal and Fabrication in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
1. Quotations & Quotation Validity
All quotations issued by S & S Metal and Fabrication ("S&S") are based on the drawings, material specs, and quantities supplied by the client. Unless stated otherwise in writing, formal quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance due to fluctuating raw metal prices.
2. Material Specifications & Quality Assurance
S&S utilizes high-grade stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and alloys. Raw materials are sourced from certified suppliers. Physical fabrication will conform strictly to approved client drawings and agreed tolerance limits.
3. Delivery & Dispatch
Delivery schedules estimated in purchase orders commence upon receipt of final CAD approval and initial deposit payment. Products are made available for pickup or dispatch at our Salmabad facility, Kingdom of Bahrain, or dispatched via courier as agreed in the commercial invoice.
4. Inspection & Acceptance
Clients must inspect delivered components within 7 working days of receipt. Any claims regarding dimensions or finish variance must be reported in writing to snsmetalfabrications@gmail.com along with inspection photos or CMM reports.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any contractual agreements with S & S Metal and Fabrication shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
